几个月前的承诺 ——为侄孙振辉做一个芝士
生日蛋糕。想了几天,到底要做怎样的蛋糕
给他呢?最后还是决定做一个小孩子都喜欢吃的
Oreo芝士蛋糕。由于我不善于画画(卡通人物更不用说
啦!),对着蛋糕无从下手。
突然想起上个星期在Tesco买的梅花形“棉花糖”,
灵机一触,即兴画了一幅“花图”。左看看,右看看,
唔......觉得还不错!

材料 Ingredients:
底层 Base:
250 gm Oreo 饼 250 gm Oreo biscuits
100 gm 牛油 100 gm butter

芝士材料 Cream cheese mixture:
500 gm 芝士 500 gm cream cheese
120 gm 幼糖 120 gm castor sugar
3个 鸡蛋 3 eggs
200 gm 优格 200 gm yogurt
1 tbsp 柠檬汁 + 柠檬皮屑 1 tbsp lemon juice & zest
30 gm 粟粉 30 gm cornflour
137 gm oreo 饼 137 gm oreo biscuits (remove the cream)
oreo饼干奶油馅(从137gm饼干取出) oreo cream

上层 topping:
200 gm 鲜奶油 200 gm whipping cream
可可粉 cocoa powder
棉花糖 cotton candy

做法 Method:
1) 把oreo饼干压碎,与溶解牛油混合后
压进9寸烤馍里。放进预热180°C烤箱里

2)将芝士、oreo 饼奶油馅和糖搅拌至滑。
3)加入鸡蛋(逐个)拌匀。
4) 加入优格、柠檬汁及粟粉,拌匀。

6) 把面糊倒在饼干底上,用水浴法以150°C
烤90分钟。关上电源,将炉门稍微打开,
让蛋糕在烤箱里冷却1小时。

7)打发鲜奶油 ,抹在蛋糕上。筛上可可粉 ,
用棉花糖装饰蛋糕,放进冰箱冷藏。

ingredients and press into a 9" round
spring form baking tin. Bake for 2 minutes.
2) Whisk cream cheese, oreo cream & castor sugar.
3) Add the eggs, one at a time.
4) Add in yogurt, lemon juice & zest and cornflour.
5) Cut the oreo biscuits in small pieces, add in
the cream cheese mixture.
6) Pour the mixture onto the prepared base.
Steam-bake in the preheated oven at 150°C
for 90 minutes.Turn off heat, let the cake
cool in the oven with door ajar for 1 hour.
7) Cover the cake with whipped whipping cream
& dust some cocoa powder on it. Decorate
the cake with cotton candy. Chill overnight.
