材料Ingredients:
(A)
香蕉banana 135gm(压成泥状mashed)
无盐牛油unsalted butter 60gm (室温room temperature)
糖sugar 80gm
两个蛋 2eggs
鲜奶fresh milk 30ml
(B)
130gm 自发面粉self rising flour
¼ tsp苏打粉 b.soda (过筛sieved)
(C)
奇异籽Chiaseeds 1 ½TB
做法Method:
1. (A)材料 + 香蕉泥,用搅拌器搅打均匀。
Ingredients (A) + mashed banana ,whisk until
combined.
2. 加入(B)材料与(C)材料。搅拌均匀。
Add in ingredients(B)& (C),mix well.
3.
加入(B)粉料和香蕉泥。
Fold
in flour and mashed banana.
4. 把香蕉面糊装进纸杯里,上面铺上切片香蕉。
Scoop into cups and top with cut
banana.
5. 放进预热烤炉(150度C)烘烤20 - 25分钟或至熟。
Bake in the preheated oven(150C) for 20 minutes.
