Yogurt Cheesecake 优格芝士蛋糕

一个月前，丈夫的大学同事向我订购芒果蛋糕庆生。她的生日是在5月22日。

5月15日，她打电话来说不要芒果蛋糕，要乳酪蛋糕，听说她害喜了！结婚

将近8年才怀孕，当然要小心为妙，生冷的水果能免则免。

这个乳酪蛋糕我用了一个8寸的海绵蛋糕体，夹心馅及整个蛋糕用了500克的

乳酪及300克的原味优格。

海绵蛋糕体材料：                   Sponge Cake Ingredients:

A) 海绵蛋糕粉       250克             A) sponge cake mixed       250gm
B) 鸡蛋                   5个                 B)  eggs                              5
C) 牛奶/水              62克               C)milk or water                62gm
D) 油/牛油              62克               D)corn oil / butter             62gm

做法 Method：

1)   A + B 用中速搅拌1分钟。
      Whisk A + Bfor 1 minute.

2)   加入C，继续搅拌10分钟或至发。
      Add in C,whisk for 10 minutes or till fluffy.

3)   加入D,搅拌均匀后倒入烤馍。160°C约40分钟或至熟。
      Fold in D,pour into baking tin.Bake 160°C for 40minutes.

4)   把蛋糕分割成3片。
      Slice the cake into 3 layers.

优格芝士奶油：                                   Yogurt Cream Cheese mixture:

300克原味优格                                     300gm plain yogurt
500克奶油芝士                                     500gm cream cheese
2 大匙柠檬汁                                        2Tb sp. lemon juice
100克糖粉                                             100gm icing sugar

做法 Method:

1)  把全部材料放进搅拌缸里，搅拌至光滑。
     Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl,beat until smooth.

装饰 Decoration ：

1）将芝士奶油涂在蛋糕片上，盖上第二片，涂抹芝士奶油，再
      盖上第三片。
      Spread yougurt cream cheese on a slice of sponge cake,cover with
      the 2nd slice of cake, spread cream cheese again and cover with the
      3rd slice of cake.

2)  取出约300克的优格芝士奶油用做裱花用，其余的涂抹在整个
     蛋糕体上。放入冰箱冷藏至少3个小时。
     Reserve 300gm of yougurt cream cheese for decoration.Spread the
     rest of yougurt cream cheese over the sponge cake.Chill in the fridge
     for 3 hours before serving.

        女儿礼贤申请马大读phd，这位讲师帮她写了推荐信。为了报答她，
女儿打电话来叫我不要收钱。女儿知道感恩，当然我做母亲的非常高兴。


        当晚先生被邀请出席讲师的生日晚宴，我没出席因为赶着做明天的
 订单。


        先生回来后告诉我说：大家都吃得很开心，说非常好吃，而且还说
 改天要向我订购蛋糕呢。
