巧克力芝士蛋糕
底层材料 Base Ingredient :
200 gm Oreo饼 150 gm Oreo biscuits
90 gm 黄油 90 gm butter
馅料 Filling :
500 gm忌廉芝士 500 gm cream cheese
4个 鸡蛋 4 eggs
100 gm细砂糖 100 gm castor sugar
120 ml UHT鲜奶油 120 ml UHT whipping cream
1.5小匙 香草精 1.5 tsp vanilla
做法 Method :
1) 预热烘炉160°C,将忌廉芝士和细砂糖隔水加热,用电动
打蛋器打至顺滑状态。
Preheat oven to 160°C.Double-boil cream cheese
and castor
sugar,whisk until smooth.
2) 逐个逐个加入鸡蛋,充分搅拌均匀。
Add egg on at a time and mix well.
3) 加入鲜奶油和香草精,拌匀。
Add in whipping cream and vanilla,stir well.
4) 把芝士糊倒进饼皮上,水蒸烤法一个小时。
Steam-bake the cheesecake for 1hour.
巧克力上层材料 Topping:
140 gm黑巧克力 140 gm chocolate
120 ml UHT鲜奶油 120 ml UHT whipping cream
20 gm 黄油 20 gm butter
做法 Method :
隔水炖溶所有的材料,降温后,倒入蛋糕里静置片刻,
放入冰箱4个小时以上即可。
Double-boil all the ingredients.When it cools down,
pour it on the cake and chill the
cake at least 4 hours
or overnight.
巧克力花材料 The Chocolate Roses:
125克黑巧克力 125gm black chocolate
40/50克玉蜀黍糖浆 40/50gm Karo Light Corn Syrup
做法 Method:
隔水煮溶巧克力。倒入糖浆,充分拌匀即可
Double-boiled chocolate,mix well with
corn syrup.
