材料 Ingredients:
7寸海绵蛋糕 7inches sponge cake 1 (分割成3片Slice into 3 layers)
馅料Filling :
熟栗子 cooked chestnuts 200gm
无盐牛油 unsalted butter 1 & 1/2 Tsp
细砂糖 castor sugar 50gm
做法 Method:
把栗子蒸熟后,用food processor压成泥状。把无盐牛油和糖放进小锅里,
小火煮溶后加入栗子泥,搅拌均匀。置一旁待冷。
Smash chestnuts with a food processor.Melt butter and sugar in a small pan.Add
in the chestnuts and mix well.Set aside and let cool.
外边层材料 For Exterior Coat:
熟栗子(压碎后过筛)cooked chestnuts(grounded & sifted) 60gm
动物性奶油 heavy whipping cream 300ml
糖粉 icing sugar 50gm
Brandy wine/ rum 1/2 Tsp
做法 Method:
把所有的材料放进冷冻了半小时的盆内搅拌至均匀。
Put all the ingredients in a cool mixing bowl,beat until cream is thick and doesn't flow.
