材料 Ingredients:
4 杯普通面粉 4 cups all purpose flour
1 大匙即溶酵母 1 tbsp instant yeast
2 大匙奶粉 2 tbsp milk powder
1 小匙盐 1 tsp salt
4 大匙油 1 tbsp cooking oil
1 个鸡蛋(另外1个蛋黄抹皮用) 1 egg (plus 1 egg yolk for glazing)
2 大匙幼糖 2 tbsp castor sugar
200 克温水 200gm warm water
馅料 Filling :
400 克鸡肉 400 gm chicken
洋葱 1个 1 onion
杂豆 200克 200 gm mixed vegetables
蘑菇 200克 200 gm mushroom
盐 些少 salt
胡椒粉些少 pepper
面粉 2 大匙 2 tbsp flour
黄油 2大匙 2 tbsp butter
牛奶 1杯 1 cup milk
做法 Method:
把 面粉、即溶酵母、奶粉、盐、油、蛋和糖放进一个大碗里。
加入温水,把面团搓揉至光滑。置之一旁让它发酵1小时。
In a bowl mix the following ingredients together:
4 cups flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. castor sugar, 2 tbsp. milk powder,
1 tbsp. yeast, 4 tbsp. oil and 1 egg, knead to a medium soft dough
with slightly warm water, leave to rise for 1 hour.
把面团分成15 - 16份,每个约50克,搓圆。
Divide the dough into 15-16 sections and shape them into neat balls.
把面团碾开后,涂抹一层黄油。
Roll out each ball to about 4" diameter.Brush a bit of butter on the circle of dough.
把它分成4个对角线切口。
Make 4 diagonal slits, leaving the center intact.把馅料放在正中。取其中一个对角线包着馅料,
相对的对角线包着另外一边的馅料。
Add your filling in the center. Take one of the sections and cover the side
of the filling with it.
Take the opposite side's section and cover the other side of the filling with it.
另外两个对角线以上述方法完成它。
Repeat with the two last sections, pinching the dough on the side to seal it.
预热烤炉(180°C),轻轻地把蛋黄加1小匙牛奶
涂抹在玫瑰卷上,撒上一些白芝麻。
烘烤15 - 20分钟或至玫瑰卷表面金黄。
Pre-heat your oven to 180 C. Brush each rose gently with egg yolk mixed with a tsp. of milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until tops are golden and rolls are ready.
在玫瑰卷上涂抹一层牛油。
Remove and brush them with melted butter.
