材料 Ingredients:黄油 butter 125gm
炼奶 condensed milk 162gm
牛奶 milk 半杯 half cup
vanilla 半茶匙 1/2 tea spoon 醋 vinegar 半茶匙 1/2 tea spoon
面粉 plain flour 160gm
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
做法 Method:
1) 面粉、baking powder 及 baking soda 一起过筛。
Sieve plain flour, baking powder & baking soda together.
2) 把vanilla 和醋加入牛奶内。
Add vanilla and vinegar in milk.
3) 搅打黄油和炼奶。
Beat butter and condensed milk.
4) 分次加入牛奶,边加边搅。
Add little milk at a time & beat.
5) 转低速,分几次加入面粉,继续搅打至无颗粒。
Turn to low speed,add in flour slowly in a few batches.
Beat till free of lumps.
6) 以180°C烘烤蛋糕30分钟或熟透。
Bake in the oven (180°C)for 30 minutes or till baked through.
