材料 Ingredients:
6寸sponge 蛋糕一个 (切成3片) 6" sponge cake = 1 (cut it into 3 layers)
黑芝麻芝士奶油 Sesami Cream Cheese Mixture:
奶油芝士 250gm Cream cheese 250gm
细砂糖 50gm Castor sugar 50gm
鱼胶粉 半茶匙 Gelatine 1/2 tsp
清水 1tb sp Water 1 Tb sp
鲜奶油 250gm(打发) Whipping cream 250gm(whipped)
黑芝麻粉 22gm(炒香) Black Sesami powder 22gm
做法 Method:
1) 奶油芝士 + 细砂糖搅拌至软滑。
Beat cream cheese and castor sugar until smooth.
2)鱼胶粉 + 清水,隔着沸水搅至熔化,加入芝士糊中。
拌入鲜奶油成芝士混合物,分成两等份。
一份加入黑芝麻,另一份是原味。
Gelatine + water,double boiled until dissolve,add it in
the cheese cream mixture.
Add whipping cream and stir well. Divide the mixture into 2 portions.
1 portion add in the black sesami powder.
3) 将一片海绵蛋糕放入烘盘内,倒入1/2 的芝麻芝士后铺平。
盖上一片蛋糕,倒入原味的芝士,铺平。最后倒入原味芝士,
铺平后倒入黑芝麻芝士,抹平后放入冰箱冷藏。
Apply 1/2 of sesmi cheese cream onto a layer of cake and cover with
the second layer.
Apply 1/2 of original taste cheese cream onto the second layer of cake
and cover with the third layer.
Finally apply the original taste cheese cream onto the third layer follow
by the black sesami cheese cream.Chill in the fridge overnight.
