我用下面的材料做了两个6寸珍多雪糕蛋糕
从菜市买了一包珍多和椰浆回来,兴致勃勃地做了两个6寸的海绵
蛋糕体,很久很久以前一直想做的雪糕蛋糕,终于面世了!
近来订单多了,而且我用的海绵蛋糕粉及戚风蛋糕粉做出来的成品
很不错,得到顾客们一致好评,所以.....
制作蛋糕体的步骤,就请大家看我的优格芝士蛋糕 ,照着做就成啦!
下面要与大家分享的是珍多椰糖雪糕的制作法。
材料 Ingredients:
A) 蛋黄 2个 2 egg yolk
黄糖 50克 50 gm brown sugar( I used 30gm only)
(我用了30克而已)
B) 椰糖 100克 (切小粒) 100 gm gula melaka (cut into small pieces)
浓椰浆 250克 250 gm coconut milk
C) 植物性鲜奶油 200克 200 gm non dairy whipping cream
D) 1包珍多(沥干水分) 1 packet cendol (drained)
做法 Method:
1) 将材料A 搅拌至糖溶解。
Place A in a mixing bowl, stir until brown sugar has dissolved.
2) 将材料B放进锅里,以小火煮至椰糖溶解,加入A混合料,
继续搅煮至微浓,离火待冷。
Put B into a saucepan, stir and cook at low heat until gula melaka
has dissolved.Add in A mixture,stir and cook until slightly thick.
Remove from heat and leave to cool.
3) 将植物性鲜奶油拌打至硬性发泡,加入 2)混合料和珍多,
搅拌均匀。
Whisk non dairy whipping cream until soft peak is formed.Add
in 2)mixture and cendol,stir well.
装饰 For Decoration:
1) 将蛋糕体分割成两片。
Slice the cake into 2 layers.
2) 将一片海绵蛋糕放入可脱底圆形蛋糕模里。倒入珍多雪糕,
再铺上另一片蛋糕,轻压一下让它黏紧。
Put a slice of cake into the round springform pan.Pour in ice cream
on top.Cover with another slice of cake,press lightly to stick well.
3) 最后将剩余的雪糕倒在上层,放进冰箱冷藏隔夜或至硬。
Lastly apply the remaining ice cream on top.Freeze until the ice cream
is set.
