(A)韩国面包分Korean Bread Mix:250gm
(B) Chia Seeds + Poppy Seeds: 25gm
(C)无盐奶油 Unsalted Butter:
50gm
(D) 鸡蛋 Egg : 50gm
(E) 酱油 Soy Sauce
: 5gm
(F) 冷水 Cool Water
: 75 gm
做法Method:
(1)
预热烤箱200°C。
Preheat oven at 200°C.
(2)
把所有的材料以慢速搅拌2分钟至均匀。
Beat all the ingredients for 2 minutes until even.
(3)
将面团分割成50gm再做成圆形,排在烤盘内。
Divide the dough into 50gm each.Shape the dough
into
round shape and place it into the tray.
(4)
在面包上喷洒少许水,烘5分钟。
Spray some water on the dough & bake for 5
minutes.
(5)
将面包取出再喷少许水,继续再烘15分钟。
Take out the tray from oven & spray some water
again,
