材料 Ingredients :
100gm 自发面粉 100 gm self rising flour
62 gm牛油 62 gm butter
75 gm 炼奶 75 gm condensed milk
40gm 牛奶
40 gm fresh milk
35gm 斑斓汁 35 gm pandan juice
¼ 茶匙苏打粉
¼ tsp baking soda
½茶匙发粉 ½ tsp baking powder
做法 Method :
(1) 预热烘炉160°C,将牛油溶成液体,熄火,加入鲜奶、斑斓汁和
炼奶,搅拌均匀。
Preheat
oven to 160°C.Melt butter.Add in fresh
milk & condensed milk.
(2) 自发面粉+ 发粉+ 苏打粉过筛,加入(1)里。
Sieve self
rising flour ,baking powder and baking soda together.Add into
the mixture(1)
(3) 倒入8”烘盘中烘10分钟。
Pour into a 8” baking tin and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked.
