斑马奶油蛋糕
材料 A :
3个蛋黄 3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp 细砂糖 2Tbsp caster sugar
4 Tbsp 玉米油 4Tbsp corn oil
1 tsp vanilla香精 1tsp vanilla extract
4 Tbsp 鲜奶 4 Tbsp milk
6 Tbsp 低筋面粉 6 Tbsp cake flour
材料 B :
3 个蛋白 3 egg whites
¼ tsp 嗒嗒粉 ¼ tsp cream of tartar
4 Tbsp 细砂糖 4 Tbsp sugar
材料 C :
1 Tbsp 可可粉 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
做法Method :
1)
把材料A的蛋黄、细砂糖、鲜奶和玉米油混合。
In a bowl ,mix egg yolks,sugar,milk and corn
oil.
2)
把低筋面粉筛进1)里,搅拌均匀。
Sift in the cake flour and whisk until
smooth.
3)
打蛋白至接近干性发泡,提起搅拌器蛋白糊呈钩形。
Whisk egg white until to a thick,foamy and
soft peak start to form.
4)
把面糊加入蛋白,搅拌均匀。
Folding cake batter into egg white and mix
until
incorporated.
5) 把面糊分成两份,一份加入可可粉。
Pour half of the batter into a separate bowl,and
add in the cocoa powder.
6) 舀2 Tbsp原色面糊进6“烤盘的正中,然后加2
Tbsp
可可糊在上面。以此类推,做完所有的面糊。
Spoon 2Tbsp of the plain batter into the
centre
of the 6”cake pan,then add 2 Tbsp of the cocoa
batter
on top.Repeat until all batter has been used.
7) 预热烤炉150度C,蒸烘45分钟。
Preheat oven 150 degree C.Steam bake about
45 minutes.
