椰奶桂花燕菜月饼
椰奶层材料 coconut milk layer ingredients:
燕菜粉agar-agar powder
5gm
Jelly 粉jelly powder 1tsp
糖sugar
65gm
炼乳condensed milk
10gm
水water
350ml
椰奶coconut milk
150ml
做法method:
(1)把燕菜粉、jelly粉及糖混合均匀。
Mix
together the agar-agar powder,jelly powder & sugar.
(2) 水煮开后,加入(1)搅拌均匀。
When the water is boiled,add in (1) 。
(3) 加入炼乳煮滚。
Add
in condensed milk .
(4) 最后加入椰奶,小火煮滚椰奶。
Finally
add in coconut milk, boil with low heat.
(5) 倒入模具,置之一旁待冷。
Pour in the mould and leave it aside.
桂花层材料Osmanthus layer:
水water 540ml
糖
sugar 60gm
Jelly粉jelly powder 5gm
燕菜粉agar-agar powder
1tsp
桂花糖酱 osmanthus syrup
7.5gm or 8gm
做法method:
(1)把jelly粉与糖混合均匀。
Mix together jelly powder and sugar.
(2)水煮开后,加入(1)。
When the water is boiled,add in (1) .
(3)加入桂花糖酱,搅拌均匀。
Add in the osmanthus syrup
(4)倒入椰奶层上面,冷却后放进冰箱至凝固。
Pour
it on the top of the coconut layer.
Chill
until set.
