海绵蛋糕体 SpongeCake:
材料 Ingredients:
海绵蛋糕混合粉 Cake Mix 375gm
鸡蛋 Eggs 375gm
鲜奶 Milk 95 gm
玉米油 / 融化黄油 Cooking oil / Melted butter 95gm
做法 Method :
**在9寸方模里铺纸,以170°C预热烘炉。
1) 先将混合粉和鸡蛋用低速搅拌均匀。
Place cake mix & eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk at slow speed.
2)再用高速打至发白。
Increase to high speed .
3)慢慢加入鲜奶打至一倍发涨膨胀。
Add in milk & whisk until the mixture thick & creamy.
4)加入玉米油,搅拌均匀。
Add in cooking oil ,beat at low speed until well-combined.
5)把面糊倒入模里烘45 - 50分钟,取出待凉横切三片。
Pour into prepared tin & bake for 45 - 50 minutes.Cool cake & slice into 3 layers horizontally.
馅料 For Filling:
植物性鲜奶油 non-dairy fresh cream 100gm (打发 whipped)
外层材料 Exterior Coat:
植物性鲜奶油 non-dairy fresh cream 200gm (打发 whipped)
