为了迁就女儿回槟城工作,今年的父亲节提前庆祝。
丈夫喜欢吃芋头,所以就做了一个芋头蛋糕为他庆祝父亲节。
海绵蛋糕体 SpongeCake:
材料 Ingredients:
海绵蛋糕混合粉 Cake Mix 250gm
鸡蛋 Eggs 5
鲜奶 Milk 63 gm
玉米油 / 融化黄油 Cooking oil / Melted butter 63 gm
做法 Method :
**在8寸方模里铺纸,以170°C预热烘炉。
1) 先将混合粉和鸡蛋用低速搅拌均匀。
Place cake mix & eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk at slow speed.
2)再用高速打至发白。
Increase to high speed .
3)慢慢加入鲜奶打至一倍发涨膨胀。
Add in milk & whisk until the mixture thick & creamy.
4)加入玉米油,搅拌均匀。
Add in cooking oil ,beat at low speed until well-combined.
5)把面糊倒入模里烘45 - 50分钟,取出待凉横切三片。
Pour into prepared tin & bake for 45 - 50 minutes.Cool cake & slice into 3 layers horizontally.
芋头馅料 YamPaste Filling:
芋头泥 yam paste 300 gm
幼糖 castor sugar 37 gm
椰浆 santan 75 gm
植物性鲜奶油 non dairy whipping cream (打发whipped) 75 gm
做法 Method:
1) 把芋头泥放入搅拌器里,加入幼糖和椰浆,以高速拌匀。
Place yam paste in a mixing bowl, add in castor sugar & santan,whisk at high speed.
2) 拌入打发植物性鲜奶油后,搅拌均匀并分成3份。
Add in non dairy whipping cream ,divided it into 3 portions.
3)放一块蛋糕在蛋糕板,涂抹一层芋头馅料,重复至完,再涂满蛋糕表面。
Spread yam paste on layers & top of cake.
装饰 For Decoration :
鲜奶油 whipping cream (打发 whipped) 200 gm
新鲜水果 fresh fruits
1) 把整个蛋糕搽满鲜奶油,然后铺上新鲜的水果。
Spread whipped cream to cover the whole cake.Decorate the cake with fresh fruits.
